Lily Fung Jacob is by far the best attorney Ive had. I was looking for results, and surely he delivered. Professional, honest, humble, straight forward and upfront. He patiently listened to my concerns, and took time to clarify and answer all of my questions. Ultimately we were able come up with a plan that I was happy with, which he agreed. He was there every step of the way and walked me through the entire process, frequently touched base for updates. He always answered my calls, or got back to me the same day. By police error, the report showed " I rear ended " the other party. Who claimed to be " 100% not at fault" . Jacob was my voice of reason, with the evidence I provided.
