Brandon Henry Staff is very friendly, and helpful through a process Ive never had to, nor wanted to experience. Ive never felted like Ive asked a dumb question, or called with worry-wart concerns. Ive sent emails with questions or concerns after I got home from work (5-6pm), many times have gotten responses back within minutes, or by end of the following day. Heck, I drove to their Jackson, Ca office, while I was visiting from my home state, just so I could see the faces of those whove helped me along this journey. Jane Miha Do NOT use! Ian is telling the truth. I met with Sasha, and she was the attorney of my dreams. I was given paperwork to file at the court house that was incomplete and they did not catch they didnt give me the petition. I realized it MYSELF, and I began to call every 3 days to get this one piece of paper that was already completed at my consulting appointment. I was repeatedly lied to that the I would get a call back and the completed paperwork to file. What I got was ONE phone call that began as a conversation for my paperwork, but resulted in a email and text demand for a 15K retainer with no fee schedule, and no completed paperwork. When I reacted to this ridiculous behavior and questioned the objective of the firm, I was treated even worse. I then drove to their Sacramento office to find that it is only a small rented room in a office bank and not a staffed office. When I did finally reach a paralegal and she attempted to file the petition (that was missing from the original paperwork), it was rejected. I am fearful of the sensitive information this firm has regarding me. My time has been wasted and my health harmed. The way I have been treated and ignored is abusive and alarming -- I consider them dangerous. Save yourself.

Melissa Silva Even though he may seem like he doesnt listen or remember during the times you discuss your case it is quite the contrary when it is time for showtime in the courtroom. He shows up and performs. He is beyond knowledgeable in his profession and competent. Worth the $5000+ I paid him for his services to get back primary physical custody of my son. And his receptionist is such a warm, sweet lady that is also great at what she does.
