When I came to Nancy, I was frustrated and overwhelmed with the local county government that was trying to take a Conservatorship over my finances and person and tell me what to do. I repeatedly told the county to shove off but they kept harassing me. When they did file a case against me, I went to Nancy and told Nancy what was happening and how fearful I was about the county meddling into my private affairs.
