Nicholas If you want the best, hire Tim. A number of years ago, my police officer boyfriend assaulted me in my own home. I called the police who took my boyfriend aside and convinced him to spin this against me. They then arrested me for assault, despite the fact that I had defensive wounds. Through Tims extensive forensic evidence connections, we were able to get the recordings of the responding officers talking my boyfriend into pressing charges against me and coaching him what to say. This was difficult, as the police "accidentally" deleted the files, but Tims people were able to recover the recordings. Despite this, the judge allowed the DA to suppress this evidence. Even with all this against me, Tim was still able to get the charges against me dropped. I can only imagine what would have happened to me if not for Tims expert defense. I would have lost my job, my professional license, and been sent to prison for assaulting an officer. This would have destroyed my life. Hire Tim. He will give you a no B.S. assessment of your situation and your options, and will vigorously defend you. Trust me, you do not want to risk your life with a Public Defender or a cheap/inexperienced attorney. Go with the best; go with Tim.
