garykgo05 I contacted Mr. Joel Wagner, WHINS Agency about my need for homeowners insurance, since State Farm notified me that my current policy expiring in September 2024 would no longer be renewed. Most insurance carriers would not insure homes or apartment buildings with knob and tube wiring. I only found CA Fair Plan (CFP) that would insure residential property with k&t wiring. So, i googled CFP and WHINS Agency came up for insurance brokers. I contacted WHINS and was connected with Joel. I asked Joel if he could help me with applying with CFP. Joel worked tirelessly in completing my CFP application and payment process. Joel constantly got back to me by phone or text on any questions and inform me of the status.
