Kathy Christie I always wind up buying something at Retreat! They have wonderful cards, cool coasters and beautiful jewelry, among other great gifts. I was browsing yesterday and wound up purchasing a bunch of birthday cards that are perfect for certain people. I also enjoyed talking to the woman who was working there. She was pleasant and enthusiastic, and made me smile. A perfect shopping experience at this must-visit South Pas store!

Karla assisted us and was incredibly kind and attentive. Although they didn’t have the ring size we needed for the next day, she did everything she could to help us. Ultimately, we had to purchase the ring elsewhere, but her outstanding customer service left a lasting impression. If I ever need to buy jewelry and I’m in the area, I would absolutely return, excellent service like that is hard to find!

We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! (which is sooo relieving considering the fact that jewelry stores usually pressure you into buying shiny things) They really take the time to show you things your interested in, answer ALL questions, see your options and more.
