5 /5 Michele Warwick: Kevin and his staff (Bridget, Julie) are amazing. As for Allstate itself. I wish they cared more about how they treat people who have been with them for 17 plus years. Taking away insurance services and making us pay half up front is unprofessional and makes us want to look elsewhere when were treated so bad after being so loyal.

What I appreciate most is that he makes a point to remember his clients as individuals and is a genuinely good guy who wants to help wherever he can.
