1 /5 Joanna Gaona: Apart from having an open claim and having the office tell me they have no such claim open although letters have been sent to my house from the insurance that acknowledge it. This insurance office literally has us wait to finally tell us they have printer issues and are unable to print out the forms. Questionable service as one would be lead to believe this is something that would have been voiced earlier especially if we were going to be sent to a different office. Unpleasant experience from an office that lacks the visual professionalism one would expect from such a service. As well as a representative whose tone would clearly indicates a belief of superiority and belittlement. Lesson learned, buyer beware.

1 /5 Rikk Rudell: Fred Loya is no more than a rip off. If you pay monthly they tack on an additional 12.00 a month. I have only basic coverage . I had an accident last year which was not my fault and no damage was done . They raised my rate. Upon renewal they raised my rate again . The sh#tty part is I was informed of the rate increase with little more than a week to find another company. 70.00 a month for no real coverage.. And there home base employees need training not only from the company but from their parents on how to treat people! The one star is for the local employees they used to have. 840 a year please tell me my math is wrong!
