I’m a delivery driver, and after getting too many tickets, my license got suspended. DMV said I needed something called SR22 insurance to get reinstated. I had no clue what that even meant. I wandered into their office off The Alameda after grabbing coffee nearby. Didn’t expect much, but they explained everything clearly, without judgment. They filed the SR22 form right then and sent proof to the DMV before I left. What shocked me was the cost — the SR22 policy they gave me had a monthly premium I could actually afford, and they showed me how to adjust it later if needed. They made something that felt scary into something simple. They treated me like a person, not a mistake. Not gonna lie, I got emotional after.
