5 /5 Janiene Langford: Norman is a phenomenal agent who goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. What could have been a truly terrible ordeal was made so much easier because of Norman.
A driver crashed into me while I was waiting for the light to change and the first person I called was Norman. He calmly walked me through what I needed to do and continued to check in with me as the day went on. He picked me up from my home first thing the next morning to take me to pick up a rental car and ensured that the experience went well, giving the rental agent his card so that they communicate if there were any questions.
Finally, he found me a body shop that could get my car in quickly (every place I called had up to a two-week waiting list). I let him know I was going to drop off my car early in the morning and as I was giving my keys to the body shop, Norman pulled up, completely unexpected. He gave the body shop his card and continued to follow up with them to make sure that my car was fixed in a timely manner.
I can not recommend Norman enough. He is a professional, kind, and caring agent. One of the best decisions I have made was to have him be my agent.
