Ann Marie Ziomek Raul and Jennifer are wonderful. After a horrible two years of incompetent customer service with my Blue Shield Medicare supplement (involving one of my doctors never getting paid by Blue Shield despite Medicare authorizing the charges), I looked around and switched to State Farm last year. A small snag came up, Raul looked into it and fixed it right away! I hadnt known that State Farm offers Medicare supplement plans, but they do and Raul and his team provide the best customer service I have received. Thank you, Raul and Jennifer!

C C Christina Creswell, is amazing. I have had homeowners insurance through her for 3 years now. As a first-time homeowner, I didn’t know who to trust or use. I trusted Christina for years and I do not regret it. She has always gone to bat for me when it came to insurance. She has gotten me the lowest premium for the best coverage for 3 plus years now. This year I had my first claim relating to the roof on my house. She was there to help me navigate what to do next. She also recommend I ask roofers to replace my roof with a certain class of shingles that ended up saving me $1300 in insurance premiums. Christina Creswell is my go-to on all insurance needs and will be going forward!

CJ Branca I have been working with Cheryl Rock for decades and cant recommend her and Mary Spellman State Farm Insurance highly enough! She truly embodies exceptional service and professionalism. Cheryl’s hands-on approach makes you feel like you are her top priority, which is incredibly comforting during the stressful time of handling an insurance claim. Cheryl’s attentiveness and genuine concern provides a much-needed sense of relief in challenging situations. Cheryl’s customer service skills are beyond exceptional and set the bar that no one else can beat. I would give more stars if I could, as her outstanding service deserves to be recognized!

Jimbo Cochran Craig is great! Ive called different insurance companies to get quotes and nobody could beat my Mercury auto insurance (so much for all of those commercials on TV). When we sat down to review my policy with Mercury, he was able to save me even more money by adjusting coverage to suit my needs on my cars. I guess I didnt need comprehensive coverage on my 91 Toyota pick up with almost 300,000 miles on it. Doh!
