I was robbed via Apple Pay in another state, CCCU told me to file a police report, cops didn’t have enough to go off of so i went back to the folks at coast central and within a day they got me my money back!!!! I know this might not happen every time, but the fact i was able to go in and talk to a real compassionate team of people was so comforting.
