He even spent extra time with us to fully understand our situation as freelancers so he could secure us the best loan possible. Even more than being an absolute breeze to work with, Pete also was able to get us the best rate possible in a very uncertain time in the market! We are beyond satisfied with his expertise, compassion, and thoughtfulness. If were ever in the market for a refinance (unlikely, given the awesome rate Pete lined up for us) or our next home purchase, we will not hesitate to work with him again!

Nim Xiong Very bad service, owner (s) father and daughter debate about a loan in front of other customers. Everything is confidential. Names are thrown out and reasons why a loan should be approve was also being debate in front of other customers. Very disrespectful, rude, and when you walk in, everyone is doing their own thing. Not very welcoming and not even greeting ignoring you till minutes later. Seen and heard that they will call your own references and mention your reasons why you are needing the loan....Very bad customer service.
