1 /5 The_Cheese: Probably the worst Insurance agency I have ever used. They had me inappropriately covered on my home in Coarsegold. I had to fix it with them 3 times before it reflected in my policy. I had to correct billing problems on 2 occasions. When I finally had enough and cancelled, it took me 3 times to get my policy cancelled. It is impossible to get anything done with this group. Dave Thomas should be ashamed. I have talked to my neighbors and almost everyone has the same thing to say about this Dave Thomas group. I left after 10 years with this company because I was sick of being treated poorly.

1 /5 NAS AL: I had a horrible experience with All State. I dealt with a representative named Daniel, who had zero personality and never seemed to recognize me, even after multiple interactions. It felt like I was just another number to them. Daniel was unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed no interest in resolving my concerns. To top it off, their prices are outrageous! I was quoted prices that were through the roof, much higher than other companies. If youre looking for customer service and fair pricing, do yourself a favor and avoid All State. Worst insurance experience ever.

2 /5 Percilla Elm: Had this insurance for years. Allstate was a good insurance until the premium would go up every renewal. Just this last renewal (April) I would have to pay $433 dollars and then another $233 a month later up front. No longer 6 payments but 5. Called to cancel my insurance and was told it was 4 payments not 5. I get that it was a new thing, but I wish we were notified beforehand and not bombarded with paying so much every 6 months.

1 /5 Jason Thomas: We had been with Allstate for 25 years. We had our Auto, Home, Life and a couple of riders. 23 of those years were excellent. We move a lot. So we have had many different agents over the years. Always with Allstate. Then we went with Dave Thomas. This is the first agency that we have NEVER spoken with guy who’s name was on the door. Never on the phone or in person. This office is terrible. They don’t return your calls. They can’t answer any of your questions. And they don’t care about their clients at all. In 25 years we had one minor fender bender and one speeding ticket. Both of which occurred years ago. Suddenly our premiums started to go up. Most GOOD insurance agencies would explain why and do things to try and find a way to reduce them. Not these guys. This was there exact response “There’s nothing we can do. This is CA.” Well there was something I could do. I took my business elsewhere. Better service, better policies at a cheaper rate. Thank You Farmers. And Thanks for nothing Dave Thomas.

1 /5 saprina putnam: I have been with Allstate for for 15 years basically since I bought my first car. My agent was amazing always there for me when I had questions! Always making sure I had the most competitive rates, then we were transferred over to Dave Thomas when my agent retired, worst mistake ever! Nothing but problems ever since then! Then last year we were in a minor 5 mph parking lot accident and had only $1100 damage to my car, they paid out almost $5000 for this guys fender in no way on this earth does a fender cost this much, no one looked out for us and when we called to inquire they had no answers on why the other party claimed that outrageous amount!!!! So also that added a point to my husbands driving record. So they raised our rates $100 a month for 3 years so basically all the years I have paid in Allstate insurance meant nothing when in an accident they wanted us to pay for the accident by penalties!!! Absolutely amazing how little they cared when we called to cancel a 15 year policy!! So please do your self a favor if your looking for insurance dont call this guy!!!! Call AAA they beat our price and saved us more money with a better policy!!!
