5 /5 Erin Julian: Justin Turner is hands down the best Insurance Agent I have ever come across! Super knowledgeable - Justin thoroughly answered all of my questions with ease. Getting Insurance is never fun, but Justin made it easier & a very comfortable experience. After my policy was placed, I had additional questions - The service team at Goosehead was extremely helpful as well! I am very happy with my choice of Agent & Broker and feel really taken care of. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Bob Morgan: Shannon did a wonderful job with navigating our insurance issue. She was able to get us through a multiple home property policy on the California fair plan. She somehow found that Mercury was able to have a single wrap for two policies. We were able to save by bundling with our auto policies as well. She was an asset in the aftermath that State Farm has created after being a policy holder for nearly 40 years. Like a good neighbor?

1 /5 John Hollingsworth: I very much regret ever having used Justin Turner.as my insurance agent., I made the mistake of assuming that the initial issues I had with his responsiveness were temporary; they were not. I had asked him about getting a policy for construction on a remodel. He was to get back to me. He never did. I reached out a few times to follow up and he never responded. I finally spoke to Goosehead, the company he is associated with. They were unable to get him to respond. Finally, when I got another agent involved, I was told the project was too far along to get coverage. If Justin had not completely dropped the ball, I would have been able to get coverage. Now the policy I have does not cover many of the issues that may arise during construction. His lack of responsiveness has led me to think he is no longer actually working as an insurance agent. However, if you are considering using his services, I recommend looking elsewhere.

When I purchased my home in 2022 there was a fire literally in my backyard & she was able to get me a policy and in 2024 when California companies were cancelling our policies she again was able to get me coverage. Lastly when Farmers Insurance raised my rates to $5000 for 6 months due to an accident that I wasn’t even the driver of, she got me a policy for about $1300 for 6 months. I highly recommend her!!!

1 /5 Charles Noriega: All in all waste of time, contacted originally for a home insurance quote and after a long intake they quoted over $1000 a month! Then started talking about life insurance and they sent me an unsecured link to fill out a ton of very specific questions making me wonder if they’re just looking for ways that questions weren’t answered pefectly to not payout on a claim once I’m gone… all in all just not worth the time/effort with this company
