Even though I was calling to compare rates, he took the time to clearly explain how our current policy works and gave us honest advice—ultimately suggesting that we stick with our current insurer and simply install the required property protection system. Andrea’s customer service has been less than desirable over the last year. She is not responsive and does not communicate well. I sent her a request for follow up on a Monday, I sent a subsequent request the following day in which she acknowledged and said she’d get back to me, it’s Thursday with no response!! Unacceptable
