My old carrier agency would never respond to calls or requests for policy reviews to save money. Given everything going on with Homeowners rates in California, I wasn’t surprised they weren’t able to write mine. But, they still set me up with policies for our 3 cars and even bundled in a life policy for my partner so we could get the best discounts and value for our plan. AND… what I really really liked about this office, is that you when you call you can actually speak to an agent who knows what they’re talking about! Shoutout to Willy! He’s has super helpful.

Amy G. T. Would not recommend. After my 6 month coverage is over i will be getting coverage elsewhere. They sent me to collections because supposedly they continued to cover me even though i didnt pay for that month and they even sent me a paper saying they would not cover me. Yet they sent me to collections for being covered. Rediculous. I even have a 6 month coverage and they still charged me for another account. Dont get this insurance. They will steal from you.

This is a one stop place, you can get your auto and home insurance and then even take care of your registration for your vehicles without having to go to DMV!!!!! If you like to have just have one person taking care of all your insurance and not dealing with multiple people, ask for Karlo, he will give you the best rate and not play games, he tells you how it is. There are many agents who want to just sell you a quick policy to make money, Karlo wants to keep you as a customer for life! If you want someone trustworthy and honest, he is the best in this industry!

Best decision ever made! with having multiple rental properties and a new teenage driver, we wanted to make sure we are completely covered. Becca guided us through the entire process and made sure we got the best coverage for our family. I can always call and she answers all of my questions. You always feel you are her number 1 priority. joseph vanmeter Anna Ritter has been extremely helpful to resolve our recent home owners cancellation notice. Farmers insurance had issued the non-renewal notice due to our roof. Anna jumped in, recommended a certified roofer for an evaluation and walked us through the appeal process. Anna then coordinated communications with Farmers underwriters to successfully appeal the non-renewal. Her expert level knowledge of the insurance industry and processes, along with her customer focus were highly valuable. I recommend her for your insurance needs!

mike I would say Rebecca is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoke with she hung up on me and must had a bad cup of coffee avoid her! Also spoke with Susan Almadova who is supposed to be the top supervisor and she had no interest in getting me the help I need very poor and disappointed this morning!
