1 /5 Chris Porter: Would not recommend for 2 reasons. First, I was recently dropped as a client with very little communication other than to say that their carriers were no longer offering in CA. I get that its out of their control but the lack of customer service was astonishing...no attempt to refer me to any other sources...just a 2 sentence email after around 5 or 6 years of giving them my money. 2nd and More absurd is that upon looking closer at my policy when I had to shop around, I was basically getting a horrible deal. Only around 10k on dwelling but around 100k on personal property which had suspiciously gone up from years prior. I know its on me as the consumer to pay attention but I should also be able to trust the company as the experts to make sure I have things set up properly.

5 /5 R Norono: Weve been working with Steve for our insurance needs for the last 5 years. We found him through Facebook referrals from other local residents in the area. I reached out to get a quote which happened to be the best in coverage and pricing compared to two other companies. We set up a meeting (virtually this time) and went over everything line by line and answered all our questions. I like knowing that hes local and when I need something immediately whether it be adding additional coverage or answering a question we dont have to call an 800 number and have to wait we call him and get a reply quickly. He has total confidence in his products and coverage which makes me feel good. Steve is very prompt in responding to your questions (even late in the evening) via email. We had a great feeling and feel confident that we got exactly what we need in coverage. Thank you Steve.
