Bryn Williams I have been with the Leavitt Group for over 20 years and, even though I relocated to Washington State 3 years ago, I am still with them. In my mind, the go beyond the call of duty and their customer service is extraordinary. They work with you and find the best and most cost effective coverage. Ive had some tricky things that needed insured...like a manufactured home that had an outbuilding office that was more valuable than the home! But with the Leavitt Groups help, we got it insured. Shout out to Pamela Scott for her diligence, her professionalism, and her accountability.

Octavius Blackwood Avoid This Agency! If I could give zero stars, I would. William W. White Insurance Agency took it upon themselves to initiate a commercial vehicle policy with Progressive Insurance without my authorization after Allstate informed me in October 2023 that they wouldn’t renew my policy in 2024. I had already secured coverage with Mercury on November 15, 2023, and even sent the agency an extra month’s payment. Now, for nearly a year, I’ve been harassed by Progressive Insurance and a collection agency (Caine & Weiner) over a policy I never agreed to. Despite reaching out to both Mr. and Mrs. White on March 27, 2025, I have yet to receive any response or effort from them to resolve this issue. I strongly advise against doing business with this agency. Their lack of communication and questionable practices have caused me unnecessary stress and financial trouble.

Beverly M-Ornelas Please don’t evaluate your car insurance by just the cost. I can tell you after years with this agency and Allstate that I was well taken care of when issues arose . R Licorice I am a client of Phanco Group because I want to have meaningful experiences with local professionals. Phanco Group is both personable and professional. They have provided me with insurance for several years. Once when my radiator hose broke in 114 degree weather, the agent offered to bring me a milkshake or ice water while I was waiting for the tow truck.

Michael Scott’s Allstate Insurance Agency is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented agency I have ever worked with. Goff Alexandria (Ali Goff) Richard is great! He took over for Mark and has been SO responsive. He takes the time to respond to my questions and really understands our family needs. He was able to shop our policy around and found us a MUCH better deal with the same coverage. Highly recommend calling Richard if you want an agent who will actually return your calls and emails. :)
