He returned all calls in a timely manner, he kept all commitments, answered our questions patiently and thoroughly and he made time to review the plan with our tax advisor, who supported our decision to purchase the plan that Steve recommended. As small business owners, the significant tax benefits derived from the company’s sponsorship of the plan was icing on the cake.
