Hannah Grace Alyssa went above and beyond to help me even after I had left the location. She resolved my issue and called me to let me know after I had left. I couldn’t believe it, as I have never had such a great customer service experience before. She persisted in helping me after many times of telling her that it was fine. You can tell she really cares about the customers and is absolutely outstanding at taking care of them.

This specific branch denied to authorize the reversal of an overdraft fee of questionable legitimacy after being assured by managers at another branch that the issue would be solved. I was treated incredibly rudely on the phone by a female associate who informed me that at the direction of her GM she was unable to deliver this service I had been formally offered. When asked if the GM was available to speak to directly, I was merged with a brief pause and “he’s not available at the moment,” I asked when he would be available and after another pause I was told he would be unavailable the rest of the afternoon.
