This specific branch denied to authorize the reversal of an overdraft fee of questionable legitimacy after being assured by managers at another branch that the issue would be solved. I was treated incredibly rudely on the phone by a female associate who informed me that at the direction of her GM she was unable to deliver this service I had been formally offered. When asked if the GM was available to speak to directly, I was merged with a brief pause and “he’s not available at the moment,” I asked when he would be available and after another pause I was told he would be unavailable the rest of the afternoon.

I have Never experience service from Tri county branch in other places like this first time experience in Willows Ca Tri County Bank . Hope agent reads this and really make sure who they hire 2024 .
1 /5 Friday Gavin (Joma): Ive been disappointed so many times by Tri Counties. I cant even pay my bills on time because their system shuts down randomly. Nothing worse than having money and not being able to access it. I cant speak to an agent for help. I feel played choosing this banking company. Lost all trust for Tri Counties Bank.
1 /5 Skank Meister: This place is very unprofessional, I was “helped” by Cathy who was very rude and offered little to none help, I’ve been a member of this bank for years but yesterday was the last straw, I had to take time outta work to set up a bank account with a new bank just because of how bad willows tri counties treats the people that keep them in business.

Margaux Poupard Sonny is very straightforward, and that makes the process so much easier. He went above and beyond for us, always responds quickly no matter where he is.
