Great personalized service (including help with an embarrassing little problem), no fees, and an amazingly vigilant fraud detection AI leave me happy as a fat rat in a cheese factory. Ill never leave -- unless they close the Chula Vista branch!

1 /5 Zion Missions: Have been a customer for years and the managers are extremely rude all the time and don’t have professionalism when answering my questions. One of them once acted like a chola and got in a weird fighting vibe real quick and even the other customers said “wow relax” to her. Anyway, worst bank ever and I’m switching for a very good reason. Would give it a 0 stars if it was possible.

1 /5 Ruben Duran: The ATM here is ALWAYS shut down on Monday morning, even after hours of being open. They need to rectify this situation as this is the only CO-OP ATM within walking distance.
