Kenton Brown California Southwestern is totally customer service oriented. They are very responsive and supportive. I appreciate how they listen to a given situation and address it immediately and are compassionate about their customers. We have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Kai Lozano Been with these guys for a long time. Scott helped me get an SR-22 while I was still in Kuwait on my return trip from overseas. Nobody else wanted to help me until I was state side but Scott did and allowed me to do everything through email because fax machines aren’t secure. This is why I’ve stayed with them. Some of the nicest people you could ever meet. If you need insurance, at least given them a call. Scott and his wife run the business and I promise you they will do whatever they can to get the best rate. The only reason my rates have ever gone up is because of my own driving issues.

It was not easy, with a new car, and selling an old house, and dealing with a new one, in the world where too many of us get frustrated too easily because we are expected to use automated systems, But I mainly write about Lisa’s assistant, Vanessa, who is a breath of fresh air as a lively, intelligent, friendly, helpful person who radiates the fact that she wants to help you, and concisely offers several ways that you can actually understand. She is indeed a delight to work with, and never seems to mind the time I take, and if she treats everyone like she treats me, Lisa could have hundreds of clients who would all be treated very well indeed.
