Mike Cap I was a 21st century customer from 1982 to 2003. About then Century decided to not renew any homeowners policy in the state of California. Son switched to Mercury for both. I have had to use my auto insurance a few times and even though the rates increased each time for a while I always was getting th best rates as I shop the rates every year. the service is of high quality especially with Ken Donaldsons employees. always helpful and kind. B N There’s 15 different phone numbers on Google, but they all go the same place. I got a quote online but at the end it told me I had to call, I did and got an answering service, so I looked up the local broker number- long story short there’s 15 different phone numbers on Google, but they all go the same place. Finally a guy picked up and said he’d transfer me. I got a recording that said “to transfer to Allstate press 1” just to torture myself a bit more I hit #1 and someone picked up and said I don’t work for Allstate..WHAT?! So I called liberty insurance back (just out of morbid curiosity at this point) and the dude (same dude as I talked to initially) acted like I was crazy. After that whole thing I feel like I’m losing my mind..never got a quote
