1 /5 Glen: I would advise against using this agency and State Farm for your personal insurance needs. Yes, we were canceled on the homeowners policy for fire risk like so many other Sonoma County residents by State Farm, but never received a phone call or even email or text from this agency. After finding replacement coverage I called canceling five policies and they showed no concern or even questioned why. You can do better elsewhere.
