5 /5 Maddy Klope: The most stress relieving thing I ever did was hire Joshua Price after I got pulled over for a DUI. Not knowing much about the process of what happens after getting a DUI, he was able to guide me through everything and make it seem like a breeze. Josh was super accessible, from taking phone calls out of office hours to emails throughout the day, I knew that he truly cared about my case. I was charged for a first offense DUI and pulled over for drifting out of my lane, at the scene I blew a .09% and at the station I blew a .11%. Josh told me he had high hopes in winning the DMV hearing and he did! He also worked out a Wet and Reckless deal with the court for me which meant I had no license suspension. Besides his amazing help getting me through this unfortunate time in my life, Josh showed me respect, honesty, and he was very transparent about costs. He was able to set me up on a payment plan that was affordable for me and my family. He explained every step along the way and gave me several options to go about my case. Truly an amazing lawyer and he will fight for you!

5 /5 Mike Baker: I don’t normally write reviews, but if you’re dealing with a DUI and don’t know who to trust, this might help. I was charged with a first-time DUI, and it wasn’t a light one. I was going 110 mph, my BAC came back at 0.16, and I was facing 60 days in jail. I was stressed, confused, and overwhelmed by the number of lawyers online. Everyone claims they’re the best, but I needed someone real. Someone who actually gets results. That’s when I found Joshua Price. From the first conversation, I could tell he wasn’t just another lawyer. He actually listened, he didn’t make false promises, and he explained everything clearly. He was easy to get a hold of, and I never felt like just another case. He made a bad situation feel manageable. In court, Joshua was sharp, confident, and clearly respected. He brought in an expert to fight my DMV hearing and won it. And somehow, he got all my criminal charges dismissed through military diversion. I still can’t believe it. No DUI on my record. 5 /5 EZ CALILAT: Old case (2019) and 6 yrs later here I am. Joshua represented me like a champ. as it was my 2nd offense in 10 years apart, he was able to dismiss community service and other fees. I couldnt get away by serving 48 hrs. in jail; I hit another car with people in it, so lucky there where no injuries or deaths; after trial, I was lucky to continue with my life once again. Still feel the effects with car insurance now days, it should be the last year with this quotes. We think we can drive, but hope to never do this again. thank you Joshua!

5 /5 John Valente: Due to the embarrassing circumstances, I was reluctant to publish anything having to do with this incident. Most of my friends and family arent aware that this happened to me (until now, ;-/ ) because Ive always been the "example" pillar of the community, professional, law abiding citizen, etc. On the other hand, Im human, and prone to making decisions that arent always the best. Im sharing this review for two reasons. 1. Josh and Amanda are worth their weight in gold. They were both attentive to my questions and understanding of my circumstances. 2. I hope to relay to whoever is reading this, that "yes, it can happen to anyone." Id imagine, if youre reading this, then youre already in a position where you need Joshs help. Hopefully, you and everyone that was with you is okay. In regards to getting through the rest from here, Josh and Amanda are the right decision at this point. Ive gone my whole life without issue or incident. Im not a hard partier, Im a family man, and always discourage others from "drinking and driving." I thought I knew where my "threshold" was. Im a pretty good size guy at 6 and 220lbs. I can have a couple glasses of wine at dinner and not be "inebriated." WRONG. Thats what happened. I was at a friends house for a holiday and had champagne with dinner. No tequila shots. No pre-gaming. I drank water and had a hearty dinner. Dont count on any of that. I wasnt even swerving "all over the road" or obviously erratic. Ironically, I was most definitely driving while distracted with my phone and playing music, finding songs, etc. THAT was enough to move me enough within the lane to cause the CHP behind me to stop and ask questions. Thats it. Thats all it took for me to have a need to call Josh. Josh was recommended by a friend of a friend who knew him personally. Could I have gone through the process on my own? Probably. Would I have gotten the same results? Absolutely not. I had too many concerns that I wasnt going to risk any more on my own. I have a couple commercial licenses that were at risk. I couldnt afford to put my livelihood on the line because I felt "the system" was unfair and I could beat it with my super intelligence and ego. I had to make some tough decisions. Attorneys are not inexpensive. I had to ask if I could afford it. Ultimately, the answer was always, "I cant afford to NOT hire Josh." Youre in a bind. Its going to be expensive. Expect it. But, DONT fool yourself into thinking youre going to save money by going it alone. I bit the bullet and sent Amanda and Josh everything they asked for. Then sat down with him so he could explain what the most reasonable outcome I could hope for. He talked about best case scenario, worst case scenario, probable scenario, and made no promises to any of them. That needs to be key to your understanding when you hire ANYONE though. Every circumstance is different. Yours is different than mine. Given my circumstances, I can attest that Josh was able to achieve the best possible outcome to save all of my licenses. Could we have contested the case and gone to trial? Sure. We might have even gotten a better outcome. Josh would have gone to bat and I have every confidence he would have prevailed. But, ultimately, Josh secured a great outcome without the additional delay and expense, and risk. Im confident in that. Im also confident that Im making the right decision to recommend him to you, despite my public embarrassment. Best of luck to you! Stay safe.

5 /5 Robin Pope: Choosing Joshua Price as my DUI attorney was the best decision in my life...to be honest when I read other people say that about this attorney I scoffed and passed it off as a bunch of hyperbole. Now that I’m the one singing the praises of this attorney I have to share my experience. I initially chose Joshua Price simply because it really is hard to dismiss 74 five-star reviews on Yelp. I at least had to check out “the hype”. It’s no hype. This guy straight up told me that if charged, I was looking at a 95% chance of being convicted with a felony DUI and 4 years minimum in the state penitentiary. But instead of running and being worried about tarnishing his 5-star reputation he took my case. Fast forward 2 months and Mr Price’s expertise resulted in my charge being reduced to a misdemeanor and no jail time. He even got my 5 year probation reduced to 3 yrs. And my DUI involved an accident. His affordable rate felt even more affordable because he spread the payments out further than any other law firm I checked with. Don’t think twice about it ... check the guy out , listen to what he has to say. I did and because I did , against huge odds, I am a free man and most of all a very grateful man. Thanks Josh!!
