He wrote an extremely detailed and excellent appeal. He was very thorough in obtaining and reviewing our records, concentrating on the significant complaints and developing information about them, obtaining medication lists and exploring the side effects. He worked very hard with my husbands many doctors to have forms and reports completed by them, which proved to be most helpful. Immediately Mark took control of the situation. He contacted the insurance company and started proceedings against them for wrongful termination of the longstanding disability case. He was able to get all of the records which proved that the company was dishonest in their dealings with my husband. Long story short, we were able to go to arbitration and obtain a suitable settlement.
