Baltasar Ramirez Was working with the big company I got into fight. I was not the aggressor. Some guy comes behind me and beat me up and my work lied and They created fall information and accuse me to be aggressive. My attorney had to argue with them. Finally, we were able to file workers compensation case my attorney sent me to doctor. However, the doctors are very difficult to get and getting treatment in workers comp is very difficult. Finally, I had to go to qualified medical examiner who wash me out also, then my attorney had to argue and get me settlement. If you have a case please go get it evaluate at RP log group. Marc worked with me and my family to try and get the Los Angeles City Attorneys Office and the Los Angeles County District Attorneys Office to not file a criminal case against my son.
