I received such personal and professional service, it felt like I was his most important client even though there was not a huge sum of money involved. I was able to get my car fixed and he got the insurance to pay for a rental car I needed for well over a month. He also pushed the them to pay a substantial amount for my pain and suffering. Had I just tried to deal with the insurance company alone, I doubt I wouldve gotten anything except maybe my car fixed.
