5 /5 the harleymf: Paul was recommended by friends that used him to create their estate documents, including a trust. They were very happy with his services and their interactions with him. They also liked his prices. I met with him to discuss my mother’s estate documents because they were created out of state (where she lived at the time) and I wanted to make sure that we wouldn’t run into any surprises because she lives in California now. This included the will, trust, trust amendment and four others. He read through them all, made a couple of recommendations for me, and said there was no need to make changes, they all conformed to California requirements. I also asked him questions about my own estate, all of which he answered definitively. When our meeting concluded I inquired about the fee, but he declined any payment. This all happened during our first meeting, and he does not charge for that. I was astonished, and there is no need to add that when I do need to make changes, I will be returning.

5 /5 International Man of Mystery: So many Yelp and Google Reviews cant be trusted. Not the case with Paul Miller Esq. I hired an attorney 4 years ago to create a Trust and Will for me and my family. It took FOREVER partly because it was being prepared remotely by a San Francisco firm...but the actual lawyer working on it lives in Israel and the time difference etc made the process painful. As a result I never felt that confident about the final product. I heard about Paul Miller from friends and his Yelp and Google reviews. I emailed him to set-up a meeting to discuss "redoing" the Trust and Will. All communication was directly with Paul. I didnt have to go through layers of admins and staff. After a thorough review of my Trust and Will, he emailed back a detailed analysis of my documents. This is a copy of his "FINAL NOTES" "FINAL NOTES In short, the estate plan that you had created for you by the (_________) law firm appears to be valid and well drafted. Unless you wish to update the order of hierarchy of your successor trustees, executors, or agents, I don’t believe it needs any updating. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or want to discuss anything further..." I sent him a reply telling him asking him again if he could find ANYTHING creative that could be added. I would be happy to pay for additional "fine tuning". Again...he replied that he could find anything to charge me for. This kind of honesty and integrity is rare today. IF and when there are changes in my Will or Trust status...I know who I will be contacting in the future, Paul Miller Esq!

5 /5 Pete Gavin: It had been over 20 years since my wife and I set up our trust. Things had changed in our lives, so we needed to make changes to our trust. We researched estate lawyers in Sonoma County and discovered Paul. His online reviews were stellar, so we scheduled a free get-to-know-you meeting. We were very impressed with Paul, and it was an easy decision to hire him. That was about a month ago, and now we have a new trust - well, the same trust, but with a new codicil. Paul was awesome!
