They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process, making sure he felt comfortable and got what he wanted. Their genuine care and professionalism truly stood out — they went above and beyond to ensure he found exactly what he was looking for. 5 /5 Wendy Sur: Came here on 1/20 Saturday to get my daughters ears pierced on her bday. She was very nervous, and had 5 other teens with her. We werent sure where to get our ears pierced, but while we were walking the mall we decided to walk into Daniel Jewelers. When got there, Ray greeted us and had a jolly personality.. She said we had to come back 1:00, but when she saw our long faces, she said come back at 12pm. When my daughter finally sat down to get down to business, she was very nervous and Ray was VERY patient and accommodating.. she didnt rush her, she answered all her silly questions and put up with 6 other watchers! Thank you Ray for making my daughters experience a good one!
