I really like that she is a phone call away. Cristina is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is also very honest and always wants to save me money. This is the second time that she has saved me at least 1,000 for my auto insurance. She compares all competitors and she goes through the coverage with me. She breaks down what Im paying for and answers any questions I have. I am very thankful for Gleetopia! I highly recommend this insurance company to all of my family and friends. Alex Obispo Not a good choice , and I learned it the hard way. Just when I needed an urgent help in updating our store information, I cannot get help with any live person. And their AI support suck! Customers need to speak with a live person for christ sake. I used both the phone and chat to ask for support. Both had a messaging that their phone support and chat are closed when I am reaching out on the Thursday (7/10) at 2PM in Alabama. Common start working please. Your support should be opened monday - friday 8am to 5pm CST. This is the worst customer service I ever had with any insurance companies. For sure I will plan to move.

Uriel Sanchez This office has been so helpful and easy to work with since I have been with them. When I was unfortunately involved in a total loss incident, they were so quick to review my claim. Got my settlement within a week. Then they made it so easy to transfer my coverage over to my new vehicle, all it took was a 2 minute phone call. Will be using this office for all future car insurance needs.

Katherine McMorris I was referred to Jonatan when I was overwhelmed with DMV questions. He was responsive, professional and timely. He cleared up all my confusion and completed everything I needed done for multiple vehicles. Not only was pricing fair but he sent USPS tracking and he was very straight forward. I will absolutely use him again moving forward- dont second guess utilizing his services!
