1 /5 D. G.: AAA is so bad about sending out paper work for Mileage confirmation and then they will send you a email claiming you will loose your discount! So frustrating!! Tired of your threats!! Why do you just not send out a email asking for the information instead of making look like you gave yet to respond!! Really bad customer service and it has been for years!!

1 /5 Ashley Widener: I called the Santa Barbara location because my son had locked his keys in the trunk. I was at work and trying to coordinate assistance for him. The woman with whom I spoke was rude and not helpful. She transferred me to a number that had nothing to do with roadside assistance. I have never had this type of interaction with a representative at AAA. Very disappointing

1 /5 Erika Van Wingerden: Absolutely TERRIBLE experience, what a nightmare. I shouldve read reviews before trying to get a Homeowners insurance quote, especially with Tito Valenzuela. He sent me a quote off the bat, which was great, but after over two weeks of calling multiple times and emailing, all I got was a voice message that he was "out of the office and would be back tomorrow." What a joke. I took time from work to go to the office in person, waiting an hour, with people who checked in after me being called before me. I checked back in with them asking how much longer it would be and he couldnt find my name in the queue, but told me he just told Tito I was there. I sat back down and heard my name called after a few minutes I was told Tito was busy and to come back at 5. SERIOUSLY?? No thank you, never again.

5 /5 Tanya Juice: The best customer service I’ve ever had related to DMV activities. I love this place and the people here are kind and patient. I highly recommend making this your go-to place instead of the DMV!

5 /5 Tana Kincaid: SO helpful and efficient. David handled all of my DMV paperwork with thoroughness and patience — I have been there 4 times in the past month! Great that AAA provides this service. The trainee reception woman was just delightful!
