Philip Giacalone My wife and I have been extremely happy and satisfied clients of Village Insurance Services for over 4 decades. Jerry and Molly run their insurance agency with a personal level of care for their clients that is sincere, consistent and highly professional. We have always been treated like the personal friends of both Jerry and Molly. Whenever we are speaking with them, they are always willing to take the time to listen and be as helpful as they can be. And with their many years of insurance experience, I have found their help to always be very beneficial. Over the decades, we have had many instances that have required insurance resolution via both our home owners policy or our auto policies. Those have included things like water leaks/damage, personal injuries caused by our dogs, housing/relocation due to wildfires, car fender benders, auto glass damage, etc. In all instances, Jerry and Molly made sure people were taken care of, we received the maximum coverage amount possible, and that any and all injuries or damages were handled professionally, efficiently and without a hitch. One thing that is especially important and wonderful, is that as your insurance agent, Jerry and Molly will represent YOU and will look out for YOUR interests first, rather than the insurance companys interests. Needless to say, since Ive been with Village Insurance Services for 40+ years, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jerry and Molly as your insurance agents. They are wonderful people and will represent YOU in THE BEST possible way.

Mike G. If Darren exists youll never meet him, youll speak with an unqualified assistant. After baiting you with some low intro rates and bundled packages, after you sign up they will review and reassess, your rates will skyrocket, mine did, They didnt like the roof on my house, and my useage of my car. Zero service, for instance, their 800 number they could not even tell me if my auto policy covered rentals.

john lopez They have been doing my taxes for the last few years . Very relaxed atmosphere, makes you feel at ease when doing your taxes which can be rather stressful . Does electronic filing is its all quick and easy . Also sells insurance , but I have not been a customer to that option so o will not speak of it , but for taxes she is top notch . Helped me find all the deductions I was entitled to , and like I said really relaxed and made me feel at ease . I will be good ng here for for many years to come I cannot recommend her and her business enough .

Annabel Robledo The office personnel are great, always very friendly and promptly resolve our issues or concerns. A special mention to Esther the office manager whom is an incredible person. She often goes above and beyond her duties and Im very grateful for her.
