Bryan and his team have been most helpful over the years whether it was providing policy advice to be sure we are adequately covered to handling various claims. They always stay in contact to be sure work is progressing properly and ultimately completed to our full satisfaction. Brian and his people clearly understand what customer service is all about.

1 /5 John Moran: I used to have my State Farm insurance with the previous agent, Kristen Moore, before she retired and sold her office to Bryan. Ive been with State Farm for many years. I have not been happy with Bryans office or his staff on many occasions. They make up excuses and do not treat me with respect or courtesy. I am switching agents. Ive had enough. I finally figured out that I could switch agents and am doing so. I like State Farm and their rates in general, but this past year, Ive had nothing but rate hikes with a great driving record. The office does not communicate well with me about the changes or reasons why. They opened a policy for my 19 year old daughter 5 months ago and now keeping changing rates even with her clean driving record of almost 4 years. My recommendation to you who read this is to research your State Farm agents and office before choosing one. I didnt get a choice in my agent. My agent of choice retired. Bryan has not once reached out to me about my concerns. But now I am exercising my choice to go elsewhere for my insurance services.

From the personalized phone calls, where they explained so many things in detail, I felt very informed and like I had all the information to make a good decision for myself and my family. They were not pushy, they tried to help me save money, and they were just all around pleasant to work with. This has not always been my experience when I have needed insurance in the past. So it was like a breath of fresh air being able to work with someone that I felt was actually compassionate and wanted to help my family. I will not go anywhere else for insurance!
