5 /5 George Schaefer: For about 50 years, I have been a State Farm customer for my home and auto insurance needs. During this period, I have had four State Farm agents and Brad Sund, who is my current agent, is by far the best. Recently, my BMW convertible was extensively damaged by an unknown person while parked. The repairs entailed replacement of a quarter panel which in turn required temporary removal of the top of the convertible to allow for the repair work. I faced the daunting challenge of finding an auto body repair shop willing to do this complicated repair work. After finally locating a shop willing to do the job, I then faced the challenge of navigating the State Farm claims process. At every step of that process, Brad excelled in facilitating good communication with the claims adjusters so the repair work could be authorized under my insurance policy. Ill always be grateful for his professional services, and I highly recommend him to others for insurance matters.
