Mike Hughes My wife and I went to monterey for a vacation. We stopped in Steinbecks and my wife found a set of earrings that didnt hurt her ears. They were not super expensive , 80 dollars. When we got home we received either an e mail or card thanking us for shopping there. Thats cool. Very nice. fast forward to this christmas. My wife lost the earrings. We looked every where. She liked them so much she brought it up every day. I said hey maybe the note they sent us means they kept track of what you bought. Long story but sure thing . we called they knew our purchase and we have another set coming in the mail. thanks Steinbecks Mike and Cathy Penryn CA

They helped me find what I needed and they gifted me pens, a purse and even offered me a free jewelry cleaning. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back.
