She is wise and insightful, and the perfect guide if you are looking for a memorable & rewarding experience in customizing, upgrading, or purchasing fine jewelry. I first went in to have my engagement ring and wedding band re-imagined into a new piece, keeping the original diamond from the solitaire as the focal point. Sadie intuitively knew exactly what I was looking for, and was able to make some excellent suggestions. The jeweler is also very creative and artistic, so he made some enhancements, and what I got back took my breath away!! My husband was also super impressed, & loved the upgrade!! Well, riding that high, I brought in more pieces of jewelry and was able to transform 2 heirloom pieces, and do a partial trade-in with another piece for 2-carat diamond studs. The aquamarine pendant on platinum is an absolute show-stopper. The aquamarine is huge, but wasn’t set on a usable piece of jewelry. Sadie and the Jeweler turned it into a MASTERPIECE, that still kept the spirit of the original setting. Lastly, my family ruby ring was able to be a partial trade-in for an upgraded piece with higher quality rubies and diamonds. Overall this is one of the most fun shopping experiences I’ve ever had! I loved getting to be a part of the creative process, and see how my ideas were run with, and turned into something even better than I knew to hope for. Sadie is an absolute GEM (pun intended) to work with. Blue Diamond Jeweler really has the dream team in place. I can’t wait to go back!

From the moment we walked in, they were so attentive and really took the time to help us find a style that worked for us. They were both so kind and funny throughout the whole process. Not only did they help us land on the perfect ring, but they also worked with us on pricing and gave us a great deal, which we truly appreciated. On top of that, they were able to make all of the necessary adjustments within just one week so that I could have the ring well before my wedding (only two weeks away!). That level of service and efficiency really put my mind at ease during such a busy time. I can’t recommend Blue Diamond—and especially Altaf and Amanda—enough. My fiancé was absolutely thrilled to add this stunning piece of jewelry to her collection. I have returned many times since then to find amazingly unique and well crafted jewelry that is hard to find anywhere else. The owner Altaf and his staff has always been inviting and personable with my fiancé and I. Recently I bought an engagement ring, which my fiancé and I personally designed. Altaf made sure that the ring was exactly how we envisioned. Which is to say, this stunning 3 1/2 carat diamond ring took our breath away and we could not be happier with who we chose to buy the ring from. The staff was friendly, straightforward, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain what needed to be fixed, gave me an honest estimate, and I felt so comfortable leaving it in their care. The repair itself was beautifully done — subtle, precise, and respectful of the original design. They also have a beautiful selection of pieces in their store.
