Ladislau Banica Jacob worked with me for three months to design and create the perfect engagement and wedding band to my liking. Communication skills were beyond great, always in touch with updates and design choices. Went in the store around five times to check in on progress with the rings and was amazed at the customer service and care given towards the building and creating process.
