2 /5 Mathilde Delcroix: The staff is very kind, and the jewelry selection is beautiful. However, I went there to have two watches resized, and on one of them, they didn’t properly reattach the stem. As a result, the watch fell off my wrist 30 minutes later and is now scratched, even though I just received it for my birthday yesterday. I’m a bit disappointed, especially considering I paid $20 per watch for the resizing. :/

5 /5 MrGSNorris: Great people here. They helped us restore our jewelry after a house fire. Price was very fair and Roman did an amazing job. We come to them for our watches and any other jewelry issues. They do great repairs. They are very quick and friendly. They have a Folsom location as well. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 /5 Ladislau Banica: Jacob worked with me for three months to design and create the perfect engagement and wedding band to my liking. Communication skills were beyond great, always in touch with updates and design choices. Went in the store around five times to check in on progress with the rings and was amazed at the customer service and care given towards the building and creating process.

1 /5 Francesca Sahragard Monfared: They botched my necklace. Some links had separated, brought it in to reattach. Told me necklace was too old (which it is +- 40 years) and that it would happen again unless they reinforce all the links for $960. A new one same weight, length and carats would cost over $2,000. Since it was a gift from my late husband, I agreed. Gave them the necklace and the detached piece. Needless to say they lost the extra somewhere between Placerville and Folsom, told me they didnt get it and out courtesy they would elongated it for free, since without that piece it had become too short to wear. Unfortunately I couldnt prove that I had given them both, the actual necklace and the broken piece. Here is how they "fixed" it. If you think about going there, run the other way!

My husband and I have purchased our heirloom wedding set there as well as other presents over the years and have continually found gorgeous jewelry at reasonable prices with fun service. I consider everyone at Randolphs a friend and look forward to greeting them whenever I pop in to look around or purchase another keepsake! For a recent anniversary we went in and found flowers waiting for me my husband had set up!! And a gift certificate too! This little, mighty store is one in a million!
