A year later I was hesitant to reach out being that as a customer I didnt leave the best first impression. However, Mike was really helpful and patient with me. I had lots of questions, and he was always willing and available to help me. The process was super easy and fast. He is very pleasant to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for insurance or financial services. NF Robertson This insurance company is the BEST around! Im guessing that whenever I (or my husband) call the office, our phone numbers and insurance info must come up on the screen in front of the person taking the call. I say this because they ALWAYS know who is calling, and have quick access to my account. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Sometimes they ask if wed like to make a change or upgrade, and they accept our answer (even if we decline) without trying to convince us otherwise with a hard sell attitude. We highly recommend Angela Frangieh and her staffs services! Keep up the good work!

John Ballard I have been a client of Tom McKinney State Farm Insurance in Pacific Grove since 1998 and currently hold all of my policies with them, including homeowners, auto, RV, motorcycle, and life insurance. The office has been great! Customer service is top notch. Rochelle Leetch, the Office Manager, has been my go-to for many years. Rochelle is responsive, takes the time to explain things, and makes sure Im getting the best coverage. That level of customer service is rare these days.

Ashley Burkett Very convenient in a timely manner. I was first skeptical about going through Insurance because back in the day it would take forever you had to mail your phone and now Assurant partners with other phone companies such as Batteries Plus to fix my phone screen. Batteries Plus was literally right down the road and fixed it at 5:00 p.m. in the evening. I am extremely satisfied. I only had to pay a $29 deductible. I had insurance covered on my phone so not sure why I had to pay something but I was willing to pay it gladly.
