5 /5 Crystal Ramirez: I rate this office beyond 5 stars. Terry went out of her way to make sure my car was placed at the correct place. Being it’s a Range Rover we needed a facility that could fix high end cars. She didn’t not stop until it was where it needed to be. She worked overtime on the weekend to communicate with me and the body shop to make sure everything was moving in the right direction. I was out of town and stressed about my car and Terry took it in her hands. Blessed to have her as my agent!
