1 /5 Irene Burgess: I just recieved a voice mail from this company. The message was hard to understand as the person was speaking very quickly! When I called and spoke to this person. They did not seem to understand what slowing done and speaking correctly meant. Nor did they care. Crappy sales people on the phone. How dare they lie to me about how they found my Information. Maybe I should report to the BBB.

5 /5 Sandy King: A five+ star rating..a good challenge deciding on what I needed..but I understood after some time..a really good experience with my agent Raven Alexander and Bob Rachman..they knew what they doing..very professional very kind and had sense of humors..I was very comfortable working with them..

1 /5 V Carrel: SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Can I give 0 stars. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I have been trying to cancel my policy for a month now and no one has returned my calls or answered the phone. Turns out this life insurance policy is a predatory financial instrument I fell for when I was younger. This type of policy is expensive and I have paid $2500 in policy premiums and now upon canceling will only receive $994.62. This is of course after I have been calling and emailing for a month and now have received a bill because I requested the automatic payments stop. So they were able to get that far, but have done nothing to process my cancellation request. No doubt when it finally goes through they will try and say I OWE them money and deduct this bill from what should be paid out. Malicious Compliance. When I spoke with someone on the phone and cancelled my automatic payments they said they would e-mail me the cancellation form, no e-mail yet and yes I checked my spam folder.

1 /5 Della Turner: These people wont let my mom cancel her policy i have been trying for a month now, she took out her policy last year, and for personal reasons she cant keep it, they have sent her application to cancel back to her 5 times every time with something different to fill out, this last time they want a copy of her husband death certificate, now she dont have that since every thing of hers was ruined, he has been dead for 20 years and she took that policy out 19 years after his death, they are doing everything they can to waste time, after a certain amount out time they wont have to pay her the surrender value. I had to give them 1 star or they wont let me post a comment they dont deserve any stars.

1 /5 Amber Catren: By THEIR mistake, my mothers life insurance policy was canceled. When my mother realized what had happened, she asked Bankers Life to reinstate the policy because she hadnt wanted it canceled. They wouldnt reinstated her based of medical issues. I find it highly unprofessional that they wouldnt work with her, and the money that she had invested into the policy was subsequently "lost". Bad business. If you dont take care of your clients, you get bad reviews.
