Ann Howland I was struggling with trying to make sense of Medicare options for myself as a new enrollee. Stacy Church at the Polk Agency was amazing by helping me figure out the best options for myself. I am a complicated situation and she was able to find me the best plans and costs to make it work. She answered all of my questions clearly so I no longer feel overwhelmed with the Medicare system. It was a pleasure to work with her and I look forward to working with her next year to complete the process again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with Medicare needs.

Jocelyn Rodriguez Great place. The only con is the wait time which can range from 10 - 20 minutes as they appear to be understaffed so be sure to reserve a day where you have enough time to go. As well as reserve the phone calls only for quick questions since further inquiries would count as actual sit-down services and they can only do so much over the phone. The service itself is excellent! The two young women are bilingual, knowledgeable, great at explaining and breaking down things clearly which is perfect for those with first-time car ownership. And it is affordable! Recommended.
