1 /5 Jessie zepeda: Angela’s customer service is absolutely terrible! I called to have a car and person added to my policy and was told by her “support person/her daughter” that Angela would call me back with more information. I waited for her to call me for a week which did not happen so I called the office back to check the status and was given such an attitude! After all the attitude I received I ended up very upset from the way she was talking to me and I simply asked why I didn’t get a call back like I was told I would, to simply get coverage!! Her answer was “THERE WAS NO NEED TO CALL YOU BACK” Isn’t her JOB to help clients with insurances?!?! Am I missing something?! I refuse to let my mother in law continue to work with someone like her! It’s seems like an inconvenience to her to help!!

5 /5 Joyce P: We have been a client of Angelas for over 15 years and we give her a BIG thumbs up for being consistently helpful and courteous. We are always greeted with a smile when we go to her office and she is always patient with us over the phone. If she is busy when we call she returns our call by the end of the day or no later than the next day. Angela is also very good about sharing information about any new Allstate products that she thinks would benefit us. We have had a couple of claims during the years and everything was handled so promptly and smoothly that we didnt even have time to start our stressing process. We highly recommend Angela and Allstate. There is nothing like GOOD OLD FASHION CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
