1 /5 Michael Tuazon: The worst experience with this company. I’ve been with them for more than 20yrs and paid top $$$$ the moment you need help they will give you a hard time. I got into a car accident 2023 my car got totaled and the person who hit me don’t have insurance so technically my insurance will pay me and they’re the one who will deal with the other party, didn’t happen they lowball me with everything bodily injured and the price of my car. My anxiety and stress til today has not been a good experience at all. Would not recommend this company. They will let you down when you needed assistance.

2 /5 Suzanne Nevarez: GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF AN AGENT. I WAITED WELL OVER AN HR ON THE PHONE!! Im not sure why this company is so expensive. Perhaps because its owned by Farmers insurance but who knows. I didnt even know that until an agent told me and said someone else is now taking over. Things like this should be disclosed. I dont find that fair to the consumer. I have found a new company for less than half the price and it covers everything I have with 21st. Ill be canceling my policy. Way to expensive and no transparency. To be fair, every agent Ive spoken to has been kind and professional.
