P S We were told to see the counter person today about 1215. We waited as the female associate told us to have a seat and wait. We waited off to the side. After she was done with the person in front of us, she skips over us completely and takes the person that arrived after us. We had questions that the teller couldnt answer in the first place in which we were patiently waiting. We are greatly disappointed in Bank of America. We were considering moving my moms numerous assets over to B of A, but after todays experience we think not.
