1 /5 Amber Mendonca: Office is dirty, dilapidated, and the help is unprofessional and untimely. Just, no. I walked out of my appointment, clearly displeased, and my tax preparer came after me to hand me Starbucks gift cards? Seriously, I wanted my taxes done, not diabetes.
