1 /5 Kevin Cocklin: Called in, the woman who answered was extremely unprofessional. She insisted on using professional jargon as if everyone is supposed to be a professional accountant. When I was unclear what she was asking me for, she proceeds to get frustrated and tell me my business is not wanted and then hung up on me. Will never be using this company in the future and I hope this serves as a warning for other hardworking Americans to find assistance elsewhere. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

1 /5 Shreyas Ahir: Worst customer service. I did my taxes paid the money but i needed to change some IRA elections , Taxes are still not filed i needed to sign the forms for them. I called the m multiple times,email them . I spoke to Vicki multiple times nothing happened. They charge me 500 bucks without filing my taxes. Stay away from them
