Marie Thatcher super unprofessional and flaky... I have been with New York Life for over 15 years and a lot of things changed so I have been trying for over 2 years to change my policy. My my representative will not call me back or email I have been trying to reach her for weeks. I did a medical examination and never heard back from the company or my rep.
